MODERATORS
If all of human experience was laid out a long a spectrum from absolute misery to overwhelming bliss, ball scratching starts as a high virtually unparalleled by anything else which then devolves into a pale misery. Scratching brings joy for a brief moment. Pinch roll? It's too utilitarian to find happiness.
Yeah this is one of those situations where moderation is key. I’d much rather do a little of the “feels good but bad for you” thing than none of it
