The guy is a notorious league of legends streamer named Tyler1. Because his chat has been bullying him for years that he is short, he was at an event and they put the host on some kind of stilt.
I mean sjokz is 1,73m tall, with high heels it would probably be enough for that shot.
Sure, but that image isn't Sjokz if I'm not mistaken. Also, isn't Tyler pretty much 1,70-ish meters tall?
