It amazes me there aren't more pdf editors. Adobe basically said it's freeware years ago.
Really? Because they still charge for Acrobat.
It's easy to find. Just look in thier wiki page for example
I use PDF x-change viewer, bit unintuitive but it can do everything
It’s unironically my favorite windows app lol
