Anyone who includes Fife and Dundee as having a stuck up and pretentious accent is either deaf or geographically challenged

Yeah, my sister-in-law's family are from Dundee. I can definitely confirm that.

They clearly meant to get Edinburgh (although that also implies they've never been to Edinburgh) but went too wide.

My mum was born in Dundee. When she went to work on the switchboard at the gas company as a teenager, the very first thing they did was send her to an elocution class to get rid of the Dundee accent ๐Ÿ˜‚

To her dying day, she still answered the phone like Hyacinth Bucket
