MODERATORS
Dont understand why this isn't required for all departments. Beside the protection of the officers and civilians but provides learning and understanding with edge cases.
It's been an anticipated move for a few years, i think i heard of this plan on 2018 or something, now it's 2024 and it's still "soon", so i'd give them time to outfit the one that's more prone to corruption.
