Really hope this is like, anti-Tsar monarchy rather than post-Ukraine-invasion anti-Russian brainworms vibes. Between the setting and choice of name I would guess the devs have read some China Mieville but who knows. The trailer does have an explicit callout to the labor movement and Rosa Luxemburg.

One of the suspected origins of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion was agent provocateurs from the Tsarist Okhrana. They were also one of the big engines of the state-sponsored pogroms.
