Also I could revolutionise their sail technology by teaching them about how wind works (they do not understand what makes ships move, as can be seen by the fact that their square rigged masts have three sails as opposed to five. In the 1800's the two largest sails were split in two because we figured out stuff about aerodynamics. The one piece ships use the old style, so they haven't figured it out yet).
