He was kinda a funny guy actually (at his own expense), embodiment of the "hello fellow kids" mentality. He looked like a short terry crews and always wore a blue fanny pack.

He was usually kinda chill unless he perceived you as questioning his authority in any way, which I did a lot. Probably why he had a vendetta against me now that I think about it.
