Only because I can't think of any Pixar dad's that are bearish, I guess Mr incredible is the closest. If it was animated in general and of age men, my choice would be Bolin from legend of Korra (starts off 16, 20 by book 4, sigh definitely thought he was a bit older though, when tlok came out I was 18 sooo wouldn't have been the worst.)

If someone can reply with some other dope ass bears or bunks in animation that'd be sick.
