Banks will have had success with 1099a. I don’t volunteer to try to explain to sovereign citizens why though.
So banks can do it because they hold all the money in the world, but regular everyday citizens can't do it because they do NOT have money to back their claim.That's my guess. Am I right?
Regular citizens can do it but they actually need to be owed money first and then they can only use it to settle that debt with the person who owes them money.
