Democracy and the right to dissent are meant to oppose abuse like these. Why isn't anyone protesting?
Because we're too busy trying to earn a wage that can afford all this.
Besides, the second we set foot in the streets to protest, the cops are there to beat us up to get us back in line.
I often wonder, if you shot a few billionaires in the street and explained that the reason was because of rampant profiteering, would the rest of them get the memo?
