Advice for anyone;
I started taking this approach with made-up deadlines and it's worked great for me so far.
While some idiot is telling you something (you'll be dead by December 21st) open your calendar app. Tell then you're doing so. Take the day after their bullshit death day and then inform them; "On December 22nd I'm going to kick your ass for the lie you're telling right now."
"I'm making a date, right now. You can see it on my phone right here. December 22nd, kick Dan's ass. If you believe in this bullshit that much, there won't be any consequences, so you'll be happy to agree to getting your ass kicked. But if there's any part of you, right now, that thinks, "Maybe I don't want to get my ass kicked" I recommend you say that and then agree to stop spreading this lie."
I've got a 90% success rate on shutting people up (one one date with kicking Dan's ass in my phone.)
Also Dan, if you found my account, you're still in my phone. I think the day is in June. And I'm gonna kick your ass.
Take it a step beyond! Instead, tell them they have to eat your shit. For them, best case scenario, you actually die and they can’t eat your shit.
