Man, my 3070 already trips the breaker in my shitty extra bedroom if my PC isn't the only thing running in that room.
Yeah, I dunno, the apartments I live in were built in 2008, so it should be up to code. The breaker might be shared with other rooms or devices, but I just plug it into the living room on a different breaker/circuit and it never happens now.
