If you're in the US one thing you can look for as well is sexual health advocacy / organizations. Obviously and unfortunately abuse and sexual health often have a ton of overlap so although said organization may not specifically be able to help you they may be able to recommend you to someone who can. Often with these sorts of things you gotta get a bit creative to find the path to the resource that can help you.
