I'll forgive Nintendo for making such a cruddy console that I can emulate new games the day they release on a computer with a decade old graphics card
I get your point and if they didn’t want people to emulate their consoles then they need to release more powerful consoles.
Every console eventually gets emulated. I heard ps4 emulation is already moving along.
Piracy is a business problem and Nintendo's repression isn't working. You can't get rid of emulation, but you can profit from it. To prevent it they should sell copies of their own emulator that they use for development with the switch and emulation keys with each legal purchase of games.
Or just make their games available on PC. Honestly, the only reason I use yuzu is to play on my steam deck. I don’t want to have to bring my switch and steam deck just in case I’m in the mood for one game or another.
