Mine is the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre

For some reason, I have always found The Brave Little Toaster deeply unsettling, but I can’t really explain why.

Bonus round suggestion: was there a book you read when you were too young?

Mine was Pillars of the Earth. I was, like… 5? I think?

Same here, I thought I was the only one. That movie is so creepy! Gave me nightmares as a kid. I still remember the wall radiator overheating and dying and the junkyard scene freaked me right out.

Doesn't a vacuum commit suicide in that movie? That can probably explain why.

I remember the vacuum having a seizure and swallowing his cord... Also, the entire junkyard scene can fuck right off

I read horror books often. The latest I read was The Institute by Stephen King.

It’s pretty disturbing. Didn’t give me nightmares, but I still think about it.

It is unsettling, it's not just you.
