Photo pea if you need it on your phone.
Tried photopea on my phone. It's laggy. I use cracked version of "Photo Editor" for making memes.
I don't get it. Is the default Android app not good enough to do that stuff on Mobile?
If you are using Linux phone, you have KolourPaint,
And if you can build yourself, then you potentially have KolourPaint on Android too.
