31% decreased risk and 1 in 8 American men get diagnosed. It's actually more optimal to do 4-7 times/wk compared to less. I wanted to be a contrarian and say you don't have to, and you don't, but it might be worth looking into (the link in bio).
4-7 ejaculations per week is optimal in decreasing prostate cancer risk?
I don't know about optimal, but it is superior (i.e. more optimal) to ejaculating less if your only metric is risk of prostate cancer.
What if your metric is being terminally cum brained?
then start with 40/week and see if you can still see straight afterward and go from there.
