Google Keep also has indentation in checklists, so there is also the option of breaking it down by packing cube, category, pockets, etc.
Imo OneNote far surpasses Keep. But I like that you can hide checked items. Using it to keep track of open shipments (usually pre-ordered and/or overseas items)
