Eh, live and learn, she kept slowly climbing towards the light. Was 2100ppfd at the worst cola. Adjusted power down to 1500ppfd at that height, but humidity may climb with the lack of heat now.
I'm not familiar with growing, but I want to grow. What does it mean if the flower is discolored like that?
What colour specifically?
Cannabis is like other flowers, they can flower in many different colours, this one is giving me some nice red colours for example.
That being said, purple is from anthocyanins, it’s mainly natural, but colder temps bring them out more.
If you are talking about the leaves turning like orange/rust, could be from my nutrient mix being slightly off, light being too high (leaves curling more for that one).
I was referring to the bud, what does it mean when it's white like that? Does it mean you killed the potency?
The white is just pistils, the one threw out a lot of new ones from light stress, but it’s also natural until the plant is finished. Trichomes also appear as white or “frost” in images too.
