They won't. They got shown up by New Vegas and even had that stupid bonus scheme to cheat Obsidian out of pay. Neither company would agree to do that again.
Also someone would have to use Bethesda's ass engine yet again and no one wants those ugly models and awful performance.
Yeah that engine is hot garbage in the middle of July. Can't even handle flying a space ship from one planet to another. Even Garry's mod can do that.
While that is true, both companies are now owned by Microsoft. So, maybe an NV styled game can happen.
You know what's more important to a company than it's image? Money. There is hope if we believe enough.
