These are literally the same goals China announces every time the US has “dialogue” with China then turn around and accuse them of a bunch of shit or threaten to invade the country or threaten to sanction them.
I guess it’s beneficial PR wise because you’re offering cooperation and mutual benefit while the other guy is foaming at mouth and threatening to kill your family while he swears he’s benevolent. But at the same time it does come off as pathetic. Ultimately actions speak louder than words, and the global south has determined that the US and the west have been arrogant for too long. Hopefully it goes somewhere positive
Exactly, China just keeps reminding the world they're the adults in the room.
Actually the adult in the room understands the necessary measures for a stable economy, like genocide and poors dying in the street
