I know some libs that are definitely gonna pretend that they didn't think Vance was a genius political philosopher...and they're also not gonna apologize for acting like I was insane when I pointed out that it's really stupid to blame poor people for social conditions obviously created by rich people.

The popularity of Hillbilly Elegy made a lot more sense when i realized ot was just a book aboit how much Vance hates his mom and Rsutbelt hicks. No wonder suburban liberals ate that shit up.
