MODERATORS
Even if he gets found guilty (which I don't particularly expect), this crime almost never carries prison time in ny.
Falsifying business transactions is most definitely going to be a fine, but a convicted felon running for office might make people think twice.
I love the optimism; even after a strong trend has been established, too. Kudos.
