What possible function could it perform that would justify its inclusion?
Probably the same thing as the internet explorer button on your keyboard (if you have one, ymmv): literally nothing until you rebind it.
It's a shortcut to a program to help you craft "prompts". Like that's it, that's all it does. "AI" such a scam.
