I now know why all the restaurants require txt message confirmation of order now.
and it has to be prepaid, or the delivery driver pays it out of their pocket. I don't understand how OP's thing works, most likely fake and gay
The restaurants I order from don't require prepay. You can pay online or when you pickup your order.
Ok still whoever will pick it up has to pay. All the delivery apps I know have this policy: either it's prepaid by the customer's bank card, or I the driver, have to pay cash out of my pockey then the customer will pay me the bill upon delivery + delivery fee.
So maybe OP means that this restaurent gives their own employees and their own delivery drivers the orders which no one came to pick up?
and what part of "calling" do you not understand?
There's no delivery, this is local pickup...
OP is just... not picking up their order, therefore nobody pays.
in what way do you think "caller ID" has anything to do with any app? 🤦♂️
I'm familiar with every large "delivery app" service, and none involve a situation where the driver fronts their personal money. That's ridiculous. The app service gives the driver a credit card for situations where in-person payment is required.
what delivery driver? Are you drunk, fake or gay?
