I guess by literally the broadest possible definition of "meme" this qualifies, but personally I didn't join this community to see some random picture of some idiots I don't care about. I joined to see screenshots of the funny jokes, puns, and observations people post on microblogs. This post is utterly devoid of value.
What exactly are people supposed to get out of a post like this? Is it meant to be funny? Interesting? Upsetting? Is it some kind of political thing where people just upvote because they disagree with these guys? I literally don't get why anyone who is interested in seeing "microblog memes" would upvote this image.
