It is very obviously satire of the fat acceptance movement.
They just inverted the genders and kept the rest of the analogy and lingo as similar as possible.

Nobody says all men's bodies are beautiful, healthy, sexy, desirable, ect. Lol, they would immediately and rightfully be told to stfu.
Yes this is satire but unfortunately people like this do exist. As for the why, they are seeking validation
