I mean there is some truth that the SC has pretty much given themselves the authority to decide what constitutes an official act, but at the same time by your own admission the Republicans have a plan to turn the US into a "dictatorship" and the SC is blatantly partisan and sabotaging every aspect of government.
The Civil War is basically already here, so just kill trump and start this shit already while you still control the executive branch.

Doesn't even need to be a drone strike since we know how much they hate seeing property destroyed. Send in Seal Team 6 and then they can do the daytime talk show circuit and write tell all books about the weird shit they found in Brett Kavanaugh's house.
