NATO summits are not regular meetings like the more frequent NATO ministerial meetings, but rather are important junctures in the alliance's decision-making process on the highest level.

Apparently we’re having a rash of them lately: six in the last three years

Big question is will they send Biden in. If they do and he shits the bed that's gonna be a disaster, but if they don't then it's an admission that he's not able to do his job.

It was bound to get this bad at some point. My prediction: another major war (probably against China) before the beginning of the next decade.
