Wouldn't want to have to take 30 seconds to put the ball on when they actually need it!
remove all the hitches and place them all in a pile in the middle of the parking lot
Whenever I see one like this, I want to put it in their back seat for them via the rear window...
Your idea would get me into a lot less trouble and still hugely inconvenience a lot of people. I love it
its done intentionally as an offensive bumper. its not laziness its being a dick
