We might as well be laughing as the ship sinks
I want to laugh but my stomach still hasn't unclenched. We've seen enough historical dictator shit to recognize the almost-perfect setup here. I am not implying that this is a conspiracy, but it sure feels like watching the beginning of a dystopia film, except it's real, and there's not much we can do about it. If you're already at the laughing phase, I'm mostly just jealous.
