Best advice I got is : If it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly Can't get up to go for a run? Go for a walk. Can't get up for a walk? Stand outside for 5 minutes. I choose an outdoor activity as an example (fresh air helps), but I use this in a lot of different areas in my life.
