I assume the "We" in the first sentence was supposed to be "you". So the entire message is directed at that campaign stooge in the picture.

His can opener was Biden, because his whole campaign was designed around his age, but it malfunctioned by dropping out. He goes online and complains instead of fixing his campaign. And since he doesn't have a reason to post because he's neither cute nor interesting enough, OP questions why he is posting online at all.

I think that's what he was trying to convey. That was a hard one.
