It's a pirate manga site, what do you expect? I can't link to a specific chapter of a legal copy.

Use Kotatsu on Android or Komikku on Linux as manga readers & downloaders so to not need to deal with porn ads.

Try MangaDex. Not sure if it's because I'm using an ad blocker, but it doesn't show me ads.
