I never can decide if Snoop Dogg is an evil genius who got away with it or if he's a great illustration that redemption can actually happen.
If the latter, we are most certainly approaching criminal justice the wrong way.
Before we talk about acquittals or dropped cases, I still feel pretty strongly that he was no angel when he was younger. Today he comes across as downright wholesome.

People can change. Rehabilitation should be the primary goal of incarceration. Not that he necessarily served his time, I just think that way of viewing crime/criminals is unhelpful.
Age is strongly correlated with muting the effects of Cluster B personality disorders like ASPD that are associated with violence. It's not effective in all cases of course, as evidenced by Trump.
Yesterday I have read here that mr beast is a psychopath because „he has it in his eyes”, here another diagnosis. I see we have a full suite of experts
