Yes

The city was poorly guarded because most of the French forces had joined with the Germany army along the Polish border. Taking advantage of this weakness, the Soviets sent a squad of Tesla troopers to turn the Paris Tower into a giant Tesla coil. The plan was successful, devastating the Allied forces in the region and forcing thousands of Parisians to flee.

One of my favorites. And for anyone wanting to play them again, all the first decade command and conquer games were added to steam and they all run out of the box with none of EAs launcher bullshit
