His audience are kids, maybe early 20s now

It's funny you say that, because last summer a coworker of mine became completely obsessed with Mr Beast. He's a 50y/o retired marine captain. Not the kind of person that fits into the normal beast demographic.

Nah, he loves me. I talk shit to him all the time...

One time, he was bitching about how he's the only one getting anything done at work. He said "I've done a million things today. I did A, and B." And i asked him if that's how he thought counting worked. "1, 2, a million? What is this, marine math?" And he fucking LOVED that. He uses "marine math" all the time now.

Nobody jokes about Marines being stupid more than marines. Well maybe the Air Force and navy. But the marines do it a lot too

My kids are both around 10yo and also like Mr Beast, even though we don’t let them watch YT very much.
