its also a racist dogwhistle for "asians are yellow, like winnie the pooh". Not exclusive to Xi.

That is true but brave western anti-authoritarians use Winnie the Pooh to specifically refer to Xi Jinping, the only one who can save us.

Its a racist dogwhistle, winnie the pooh is yellow -> asians are classified as yellow to racists.

beating a winnie the pooh is pretty much direct threatening.
