That's not a real picture. Please tell me it isn't. I didn't know it could get more carbrain than where I'm at
It's a real picture of downtown Houston from 1980's. Seems like things have improved since then but looking at google maps, the downtown is still like 50% parking.
Edit: found a map of parking spaces in Houston. It's bad
