Thanks for the new idea that'd be a solid addition to the vegan menu, which if I'm going to be the Vegan Chef i should probably care about
Lots of great vegan dishes can be whipped up with North African flavors. I really like stuffing roasted acorn squash with a couscous carrot and chickpea mixture seasoned with cumin currants and chopped parsley
