If you need a permit to protest, you're not protesting, you're throwing a parade. If Amerikan students are really worth the effort to save, if this generation really deserves a country, a culture, and a demonym not tarred with the brush of genocidal settlerdom, they'll ignore these new rules and regs and keep on as they have been, louder.

Otherwise, they're no better than the original settlers.
