President can’t pardon state crimes. I’m assuming it’s be state since that is what’s referenced in the YouTube description.

Unfortunately, you’re dependent on the state/judicial system that convicted you to decide that they made a mistake, which is not always possible when they don’t want to admit to it.

I know I’m preaching to the choir, but are should be no death penalty ever.
