I am the last person to defend cops, and you can easily confirm that by going through my posting history. But seatbelts? Shut the fuck up and put on your fucking seatbelt.
I’m talking about fining the others as well.
Fine the driver for driving and fine the passenger for not putting on a seatbelt.
Exactly. Both the driver and the passenger (particularly if the passenger also has a license) should know better; both are at fault
