How do people get their cats to do things like this?!
Dip the toothbrush in tuna juice.

I understand the first step: wave the toothbrush in front of the cat. Cat gets engaged. Not sure about the rest.
The problem is that pretty much every cat I've met would attack the brush and the rest would ignore it, until it was put in their mouth!
