Dude, it's such a trope because it's not only real, but has been going since the eighties.
I'm just shocked because I didn't make this meme and thought these were two intentionally illegible logos mocking the trope!

Idk about the first one, but the second one totally is.
It appears the second one was a concept art for Xavleg, but I dont think anyone's been able to confirm the source.
I read Walking Cadaver in the logo on top.
