Really feeling the celery thing
Celery is good in every form but it's not good enough raw to make up for getting stuck in my teeth like my man pineapple
The flavor of celery is Satans Taint Sweat. It's a trash vegetable, and its only purpose is mirepoix or stock.
Lol Yeah it's a great spice and stock addition. That umami.... I add it to recipes that don't require it as a secret ingredient
But fresh celery better come in car form or i won't touch it
