Ehh, idk, if the toilet is surrounded by concrete, and have no window, it's actually an ideal location to hide to survive if no nuclear shelter or basement available. It could protect you from the shockwave and pressure.

Given the same wall thickness, a smaller room is as far as I understand far sturdier.

Not that I've ever seen nuclear test footage of blown over houses with a bathroom left standing.
