I think some incel Republican told JD Vance he was worried all these immigrants were eating pussy like you wouldn't believe and he kinda misinterpreted it and just kept running with it.
Now that you mention it, I was confused how the duck got introduced into the message. But seeing it was probably an autocorrect of fuck with some incel typing "Damn, JD - these immigrants are out here eating pussy and ducking like you wouldn't believe."
