Is Xi explicitly transphobic, or transphobic in more of a "Say nothing about trans people and do nothing to improve their rights" way?
I don't think he's personally said anything about trans people but China has been improving wrt trans rights and most of the things reported on as "anti-LGBTQ+ crackdowns" in China have been nonsense.
